Some of the components are needed to build the mobile large warp distruptor, and buy some minerals that are not available in high security system. The components needed is warp scrambler 1 and electronic parts. The minerals is megacyte and zydrine. All other's are acquired by mining.
To gather all needed stuff an industrial ship is used. This time its a Sigil. Sigil is a tier 1 amarr industrial ship. Its unique ship of its kind, quite fast and agile make it also suitable for low security or lawless space transportation (0.0 security system). I have used this in CCC transportation of ammo and missiles and it never let me down bypassing some not bubbled gatecamp with some interceptor make little chase. Its design is quite attractive too for an amarr ship.
